This technique is called the Push-Pull technique. I(Ray) have only started playing this technique for about 4 weeks & I've seen alot of progress in my drumming. Now I no longer feel that burn in my muscles when I want to play fast. So I want to share it with you guys so that you too can do it. (mine my English in the video, I know I sound very foreign. "Malaysian accent")
